LA DIOSA ECO-RESORT ~ CAHUITA, COSTA RICA.
La Diosa is an eco-resort for people who looks for harmony with nature. The magic of the Rainforest and the dance of the Caribbean Sea make the
perfect combination to create an Eco-Resort and an intentional place for
Transformation. The environment at The Goddess Garden is designed to
help us remember our true nature, our essence… The enchanted Caribbean, the Magic of the Rainforest, yoga and meditation... a touch of paradise and
the essence of pure nature. Our heart felt desire is to share with you the beauty of the Caribbean in Cahuita…..Its tall palm trees, exotic flowers, the sound of the sea….The soft breeze….With so much splendor around you it is so easy to relax and meditate…. La Diosa (The Goddess) has an ocean front at the entrance of Playa Grande (Big Beach), which is about 1.5 miles from downtown Cahuita. With beautiful gardens around, the hotel offers 4 luxury double rooms and 6 spacious bungalows designed in Caribbean style. We offer you a delicious breakfast, private parking and we greet you in Spanish, English or German.
Cahuita is a relaxing paradise some 43 km south of Puerto Limon. A stunning black sand beach town with warm calm waters ideal for swimming and snorkeling, Cahuita sits just south of the Cahuita National Park. Among the most visited national parks in Costa Rica, the Parque Nacional Cahuita offers tourists not just great beaches, but a lush coastal rainforest and some fabulous coral reef to explore and discover. A fantastic place to relax away, Cahuita’s popularity is rapidly increasing as its neighboring town of Puerto Viejo de Talamanca is fast becoming Costa Rica’s top party destination. Cahuita has plenty to offer in the way of spending some quiet tranquil time alone or with a loved one. The beaches here are picture perfect with trails leading from here into a coastal forest nearby. Within walking distance of town, these beaches are an excellent place to chill out. For those who want to do some more touring, there is a well maintained butterfly garden nearby as well. The Mariposario de Cahuites is a great place to unwind amid brightly colored gorgeous butterflies.
The Caribbean coast of Costa Rica is different from the rest of the
country. The inhabitants of the Caribbean are a mix of the original
Indian culture with the African, Asian and Spanish culture resulting in
a rich combination.
In the morning a
delicious breakfast is served with excellent Costa
Rican coffee in an open ranch or palapa….where you can listen to the
Caribbean sea caressing the shores…..just a few steps away…
