5. Safety, Health & Allergies

We are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all campers.

  • Parents must disclose any food allergies, health conditions, or special needs prior to the start of camp so we can provide the proper support.

  • We provide organic, all-natural, vegetarian meals and snacks daily.

  • Children must bring a refillable water bottle each day. We offer reverse osmosis filtered water throughout the day.

Please note: This camp is hosted in a pet-owning home.

  • We live with rescued dogs and indoor cats, but all pets remain in separate, closed rooms or are away during camp hours.

  • Children will never interact with the dogs at any time.

  • The home is cleaned and vacuumed multiple times per day to ensure a safe and tidy environment.

  • ⚠️ If your child has known allergies or sensitivities to cats or dogs, this may not be a suitable setting.

6. Behavior & Participation

  • We strive to create a joyful, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children.

  • Campers are expected to treat others with kindness, cooperation, and respect.

  • Children must follow basic group instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

  • If a child demonstrates disruptive or unsafe behavior that impacts the group or staff, the family will be contacted to discuss next steps.

  • In rare cases, we reserve the right to dismiss a camper from the program if behavior compromises the well-being, safety, or harmony of others. (Please note: no refunds will be given in such cases.)

  • We believe in positive guidance, open communication with parents, and giving children tools to self-regulate and express themselves.

7. Photo & Media Consent

  • You will be asked to sign a Media Release as part of the registration waiver.

  • Consent allows the use of non-identifiable photos or video clips for social media, website, and internal documentation purposes under the Suddha Prem brand.

  • We never show faces or include voices of students unless explicitly authorized by a parent or guardian.

  • Any identifiable images will only be used with prior written consent.

  • We honor your family's privacy and use media only to celebrate and share the heart of our work — never to exploit or overexpose.
