Women’s Experiences
Softening. Presence. Rememberance
Intentional gatherings designed to nurture connection, belonging, and meaningful relationship with ourselves, each other, and the rhythms of life.
About Our Women's Experiences
A collection of heart-centered women’s experiences rooted in Softening, Presence, and Remembrance.
These gatherings are designed to return you to what is already here—your body, your breath, your inner clarity.
Not through effort.
But through softening resistance and returning to love.
Limited space + mindful small classes for deep connection.
The Approach
At the core of this work is a simple shift:
From resistance → into love.
We live in a world that often moves through tension, urgency, and disconnection. These experiences offer another way.
-
A way of softening instead of bracing.
-
A way of being present instead of scattered.
-
A way of remembering instead of striving.
Through ritual, reflection, cacao, nature, and shared presence, we create spaces where the nervous system can settle and the heart can open naturally.
Softening. Presence. Rememberance
These three movements guide every experience:
-
Softening — releasing tension, control, and inner resistance
-
Presence — returning to the body, breath, and moment
-
Remembrance — reconnecting with inner truth, clarity, and belonging

This is not transformation through force.
It is reconnection through safety, rhythm, and presence.
The Experiences
A cyclical journey through nature, circle, and ancestry.
A seasonal gathering for women to reconnect with nature, soften into presence, and remember what is carried through lineage, body, and earth.
-
Nature Experiences (fall, winter, spring)
Held in natural landscapes, these circles combine mindful movement, cacao, reflection, and connection with the land. Nature becomes the container for softening and release.
-
Home Studio Circles (all year)
Intimate evening gatherings held in a private home space. These circles are slow, grounded, and deeply human—centered on cacao, reflection, and authentic sharing.
-
Calavera-Ancestry Workshops (fall)
Structured, art-based & breathwork-based practices designed to support grounding, emotional clarity, and nervous system reset while reconnecting to ancestry and memory.
-
Uxmal Retreat Experiences (summer, winter)
Immersive journeys in ancestral land. A deeper unfolding of Softening, Presence, and Remembrance through ceremony, culture, community, and expanded time in nature.
No matter the setting, each experience is a threshold:
from tension → into softness
from noise → into presence
from forgetting → into remembrance
A return to body, truth, and lineage.
You may join one, or move through all four as a seasonal path ro reconnection.
This is the practice.
Not becoming someone new.
But returning to who you already are beneath resistance.
These gatherings are for women who feel:
-
The need to slow down and soften
-
A desire for grounded, meaningful connection
-
A pull toward ritual, nature, and presence
-
A longing to return to themselves without performance
-
An inner knowing that there is another way to live

I love creating meaningful spaces for women to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the living world.
