Calavera Workshop
A Cultural Art & Storytelling Experience for Kids and Families

  • Creative Expression Rooted in Nature
  • Now Booking Fall 2026 Workshop
  • Hosted at Private Residence
  • Thursdays -- October 1, 8, 15, 22, 2026.

Celebrate creativity, remembrance, and connection through the timeless art of the calavera.

In this colorful hands-on series, children will explore the joyful traditions of Día de los Muertos — discovering how honoring our ancestors becomes an act of love and creativity.

Through painting, sculpting, and storytelling, each session blends art, culture, and mindfulness.

This program is deeply rooted in the 4Rs of sustainability:

Rethink – Reduce – Reuse – Recycle, helping children make art that respects and celebrates the planet.

In each session, children explore:

  • Nature-based art using clay, soil, leaves, petals, and recycled materials

  • Outdoor eco-play, nature walks, and creative seasonal observation

  • Art-making through the lens of the Earth’s cycles

  • Sensory exploration through texture, scent, color, light, and sound
