Tiny Chefs Around the World

A message for returning families

Thank you so much for your interest in Tiny Chefs!

Each session follows the same heart-centered concept of mindfulness, creativity, and togetherness in the kitchen — now in a fun picnic-style setting!

Our recipes evolve with the seasons, grade levels, and the children’s growing experience.

Some favorites — like guacamole, pico de gallo, onigiri, and cookie decorating — return because they’re always a hit! But every session also brings new seasonal treats, such as our ramen, spaghetti/fideos, mini Panna Cottas, natural jello (homemade gelatin desserts made with fruit juice ), pumpkin spice no-latte, sticky coconut basmati balls, granola bars, or mango lassi.

Since we’re outdoors (depending on the weather), I’m adding a touch of garden-to-table magic by bringing a few herb trees — like rosemary and basil — for the kids to explore and experience.

Every class offers something fresh, seasonal, and full of joy to learn and enjoy.

Balanced & Mindful Eating

In our sessions, every sweet recipe is thoughtfully paired with a grounding savory dish — such as rice or orzo with seasonal vegetables.

This approach supports balanced energy, emotional regulation, and intuitive eating. Children learn that nourishment is not about restriction, but about harmony, listening to the body, and caring for ourselves and one another.

Each class includes:

  • Local, organic ingredients
  • Prep/supply prep per class
  • Hands-on cooking + cultural exploration
  • Zero-waste tools + reusable kits
