This Spring Break 3-day camp invites children to slow down and rediscover the art of simple living and renewal -- blending:

🍲 Mindful Cooking inspired by spring harvests
🌱 Gardening & tending to the Earth
💛 Reflection journals, heart art & sharing circle

Day 1 – The Cocoon: Seeds of Renewal
Discovering the magic of slowing down and planting new intentions.
Morning practice: Yoga + music for joy & connection
Nature Activity: Seed walk + collecting small leaves, petals, or stones to create a nature collage “My Spring Intentions"

She is the author and creator of Tiny Chefs Around the World, I AM LOVE, and Cosmic Art & Nature Explorers — three beloved children’s books and enrichment programs.
As the founder of Suddha Prem, a holistic lifestyle brand, the curator behind Be a Conscious Traveler, and author of the cookbook memoir My Mama’s Healing Soups, Ms. Gaby is passionate about helping children connect with nature, culture, and their inner light through food, art, and mindful movement.
