What Makes This Program Special?

This summer retreat is a one-of-a-kind experience blending the best of Suddha Prem's three signature programs and books:

Hands-on global cooking, eco-literacy, and storytelling through food.

Mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and mantra to nurture emotional well-being and self-awareness.

  •  Cosmic Art & Nature Explorers

Creative expression through nature-based art, outdoor play, and environmental discovery.

Together, these programs create a joyful, holistic journey where children learn to care for themselves, each other, and the Earth — all while having fun!

What's included?

Each Day Includes a Nurturing Blend of:

  • Farm-to-Table Cooking

Inspired by the recipes and stories in My Mama’s Healing Soups, children prepare nourishing meals using local, organic ingredients — connecting food with culture, nature, and love.

  • Yoga, Mindfulness & Mantra (Sound) Healing

Daily breathwork, gentle yoga, and calming mantras foster emotional balance, presence, and self-awareness.

  • Nature-Based Art & Crafts

Creative exploration using natural materials, textures, and colors to awaken imagination and deepen the connection to the earth.

  • Gardening & Eco Discovery

Hands-on learning in the garden helps children understand where food comes from, care for plants, and observe the rhythms of nature.

  • Cultural Stories & Circle Time

Global stories, music, and meaningful discussions build cultural appreciation and community values.

  • Outdoor Play & Gentle Movement

Joyful games and movement in nature help kids stay grounded, energized, and connected to their surroundings.

All activities are rooted in mindfulness, cultural appreciation, and eco-conscious practices.
