This Summer Camp and Nature Retreat invites children to slow down and rediscover the art of simple living and renewal -- blending:

Each Day Includes a Nurturing Blend of:

Farm-to-Table Cooking
Inspired by the recipes and stories in My Mama’s Healing Soups, and Tiny Chefs Around the World, children prepare nourishing meals using local, organic ingredients — connecting food with culture, nature, and love.

Yoga, Mindfulness & Mantra (Sound) Healing
Daily breathwork, gentle yoga, and calming mantras foster emotional balance, presence, and self-awareness.

Nature-Based Art & Crafts
Creative exploration using natural materials, textures, and colors to awaken imagination and deepen the connection to the earth.

She is the author and creator of Tiny Chefs Around the World, I AM LOVE, and Cosmic Art & Nature Explorers — three beloved children’s books and enrichment programs.
As the founder of Suddha Prem, a holistic lifestyle brand, the curator behind Be a Conscious Traveler, and author of the cookbook memoir My Mama’s Healing Soups, Ms. Gaby is passionate about helping children connect with nature, culture, and their inner light through food, art, and mindful movement.
