Participation Waiver

I understand that Cosmic Art & Nature Explorers is a hands-on, sensory-based art program that may include activities such as painting, sculpting, use of natural materials, and light movement.

I acknowledge that participation involves the use of art materials and tools appropriate for children, and that minor risks (such as spills, mess, or mild skin contact with art materials) may occur.

I understand and agree that, for safety and group harmony:

• Children are required to remain seated at the table during art activities

• Children must follow instructor guidance and instructions at all times

• Children are expected to stay with the group at all times

I confirm that:

• My child is in good health and able to participate

• I have disclosed any allergies, sensitivities, or special needs in advance

• I understand that this program emphasizes process over product and may involve open-ended, exploratory art experiences

I grant permission for my child to participate in Cosmic Art & Nature Explorers and understand that supervision is provided in a calm, supportive learning environment.

• I release and hold harmless Gabriela Rocha Caballero (Ms. Gaby), Suddha Prem LLC, and any affiliated entities from any and all liability, injury, or claims resulting from my child’s participation in this program.

Please speak with your child ahead of time about staying with the group, listening to instructions, and participating respectfully so everyone can enjoy a calm, creative experience.

Please note that children's clothes will get dirty. We recommend wearing simple, comfortable, and paint-appropriate clothing.

Photo/Video Release

We occasionally take photos or short videos during class for program documentation and promotional purposes (website, newsletters, or social media). Only hands, backs, or faraway group shots (never faces) will be used.

👉 We will never use your child’s name or a close-up of their face without additional permission.

📲 Feel free to text me if you’d like me to send you a few photos of the action. Please note that some days I may not be able to take photos, depending on class flow.
