A Hands-On Journey from Soil to Table
A hands-on gardening workshop for kids that builds independence, inspires food awareness, and nurtures eco-conscious thinking.
Through planting, harvesting, and cooking from the garden, children learn to care for the earth, understand where food comes from, and discover the joy of growing their own nourishment.
This peaceful, joyful Saturday morning workshop invites children ages 6–12 to explore gardening, a light lunch, and the rhythms of nature — all in a loving, home-based outdoor setting.
Each session is designed to nourish the child’s body, mind, and spirit — while planting seeds of mindfulness, independence, and community.

Each Session Includes:
-
Hands-on gardening class
-
Sensory playtime and quiet reading time in the garden
-
A shared garden-to-table meal prepared and enjoyed by the children
-
All materials, ingredients, and tools included
-
A personal copy of Tiny Chefs Around the World Cookbook to take home
