This 8th Summer Issue, Suddha Prem Magazine explores the idea of Living the Rhythm With your Dharma and returning to the rhythm within.
Summer has a way of reminding us of something we often forget: life has its own rhythm.
Summer teaches us about abundance.
It invites us to notice what is already here—the warmth of the sun, the sweetness of seasonal fruit, the laughter of loved ones, the beauty of nature, and the simple moments that often become our most treasured memories.
It also reminds us that abundance does not mean constant activity.
The garden does not bloom endlessly.
The ocean does not stay at high tide forever.
The Earth knows when to expand and when to rest.
Perhaps we are meant to follow the same rhythm.
This season, we are invited to pause and listen.
To notice what is asking for our attention.
To honor what has grown.
To release what no longer belongs.
To trust the quiet work happening beneath the surface.
This is not a guide for doing more, but for listening more closely— to the spaces we are already living in, and the quiet ways they are shaping us.

This space is held with care. Please write from lived experience.
Our magazine is a storytelling platform within the Suddha Prem brand. Each season, we share soulful stories, recipes, reflections, and conscious practices.
We believe a meaningful life is cultivated through conscious relationships—with ourselves, one another, nature, food, creativity, and the places that shape us.

Letter from the Editor
Welcome to this fusion of my work, my heritage, and my heart. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved books and magazines — their pages have always been a place to pause, reflect, dream, and return to myself. Creating Suddha Prem Magazine feels like the natural continuation of that lifelong love: a living publication shaped by ancestry, sustainability, and conscious living.
So much of my work is inspired by memory — by the mercados of my childhood, by the gardens of my mamá and tía, by the cloud forests of Cuetzalan, pyramids and culture of Yucatan, and by the stories we inherit through food, nature, and family. These moments remind me that sustainability is not a trend, but a way of being. A way of remembering where we come from, and where our choices can lead us.
Through this magazine, through my retreats, and through my books, my deepest intention is to offer invitations — to slow down, to reconnect, and to honor the wisdom of our roots. To live with intention. To travel with reciprocity. To nourish the Earth as it nourishes us.
Suddha Prem also curates experiences that nourish people, place, and purpose. From transformative retreats and conscious travel experiences to children enrichment programs and sustainability consulting, each experience is designed to foster connection, creativity, wellness, and regenerative living.
Suddha Prem celebrates the belief that our daily actions — in travel, in food, in home life, in creativity — can protect traditions while regenerating the world around us.
As you explore these pages, my hope is that you find something that inspires you: a recipe, a story, a landscape, a practice, or a voice that invites you back to presence. And above all, may you feel that you are part of this circle of storytellers, healers, and seekers walking the path of conscious living together.
With love,
Gabriela Rocha Caballero
Founder & Editor-in-Chief
